- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Competence in meal preparation and planning, including dietary restrictions
- Housekeeping skills, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Capability to run errands and assist with transportation
- Knowledge of home safety and fall prevention measures
